Apple came in at No. 301 on this year’s Fortune 500 list, which ranks the nation’s largest companies on the basis of 2003 revenue. Apple, which ranked No. 300 on last year’s list, had US$6.207 billion in revenue. Wal-Mart stores once again topped the list with sales of nearly $259 billion.
