Harmonic Vision, a developer of music education software for classroom and home use, has announced Music Ace Deluxe, a home-based software program for beginning and intermediate music students ages five and above. Compatible with Mac OS 9.x and Mac OS X, the US$79.95 application features self-paced lessons that teach the basic skills listed in the National Standards for Music Education, including music theory, note reading, ear training, notation, keyboard, scales, rhythm, melody, key signatures, time signatures and harmony.
