MacBand.com is the latest community site for GarageBand users to launch. The site offers an online directory of songs and loops created by users who submit their work. Songs are organized by category and loops are organized by genre, instrument and mood. MacBand also features a rating system that allows the site to automatically generate the top five highest rated song and loop tracks. In addition, every user who has an account with MacBand has a personal Artist Profile page that lists a short biography and other personal information, as well as a list of every song and loop that artist has submitted.
