Intec expands Marvel comics DVD series

Intec Interactive has announced that it has partnered with Marvel Comics to expand its Digital Comic Book (DCB) series with 11 titles from Marvel’s archives. The DVDs tell the comic book story “in a cinematic style with voice-overs, music and surround sound. Each DCB, which is playable on DVD players, PC and Mac DVD-ROM drives, Xbox consoles and PlayStation 2 consoles, includes a complete graphic novel (approximately 5-8 episodes) and offers extras such as character biographies, original art and sketches, and a documentary about how comic books are made. The 11 titles released are: The Incredible Hulk, Hulk/Wolverine, Daredevil, Daredevil & Elektra, The Ultimates and five volumes of Ultimate X-Men. The suggested retail price for each title ranges from US$9.99 to $13.99.
