MacMinute reader Pete Zimowski informed us that Apple is now promoting the iPod on the “Imus In The Morning” radio program with popular host Don Imus. The show is running an “iPod a day” contest, giving away an iPod for correctly recognizing a scrambled, distorted clip of one of the tracks Imus plays during the broadcast. Last month, MacMinute reported that the iPod and iTunes were being heavily promoted on K-Rock’s Howard Stern and Cane shows.
