iView Multimedia today announced the release of iView MediaPro 2.0, a new version of its media management software targeted at photographers, graphic designers, and other media professionals. Version 2.0 “extends robust, award-winning functionality with powerful image editing, enhanced drag & drop annotations workflow, and file system control.” iView MediaPro 2.0 for Mac OS 9 and OS X is available for US$160. iView also today introduced the iView Catalog Reader, a royalty-free, cross-platform software utility that permits unrestricted sharing of iView catalogs.
