Educators flock to PowerSchool University 2003

Apple reports that “more than 250 system administrators, counselors, office staff and school/district administrators flocked” to this year’s PowerSchool University (PSU) in Salt Lake City to learn about features of the Web-based student information system. The number of attendees at PSU 2003 topped records for previous user gatherings for the education solution. “The most important aspect of PSU is the shared experiences among PowerSchool staff and customers — the valuable hallway conversations between attendees and the training they receive so they can go back to their schools and districts to train their constituents,” said Bob Longo, president of PowerSchool, a division of Apple.
