SwitchXS lets motor-impaired users move to OS X

Niemeijer Consult today announced the release of SwitchXS 1.0, the first switch access software for Mac OS X. According to the company, SwitchXS provides virtually complete access to Mac OS X and all standard Mac applications for motor-impaired people who can only use a single switch. It offers full mouse and keyboard emulation by means of a “scanning mode.” SwitchXS is priced at US$150 and requires Mac OS X 10.2 or higher.
