FireWire Depot today announced its latest FireWire/USB2 enclosure and various cable accessories. These include the AMS MPD 2.5 inch 9.5mm FireWire/USB2 hard drive enclosure, which includes a built-in rechargeable Li-Ion battery, and will be available July 8 for US$114.95. The company also announced a 4 pin to 6 pin – iLink to FireWire converter for $10.95, 6-4 pin and 6-6 pin angled cables, and two new FireWire cables — the 6-6 pin Swivel cable and the 6-6 pin retractable cable.
