4D, Inc. today announced the immediate availability of 4D WebSTAR V 5.3, an updated version of its flagship server suite. The new version enhances 4D WebMail Pro with support for Apple’s iCal, improves search indexing, adds more flexible security, and more. 4D WebSTAR 5.3, which requires Mac OS X 10.2 or later, is available today as a free update to users of 4D WebSTAR V. Licenses for the suite are priced at US$399.
