Use iCal to plan your WWDC agenda

Apple’s WWDC Web site lets you view conference agendas by roles, interests, industries, and by a new option this year — iCal files. “These WWDC developer agendas offer suggestions of the critical sessions to attend for just a few of many developer roles, interests, and industries represented in the Apple developer community. Click the links to review them online, or, download the iCal files of the agendas you like, and then use iCal to plan your time at the conference.” The Early Bird registration discount for this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference, which offers a savings of US$300, ends this Friday, May 23. The five-day event, where Apple plans to unveil Mac OS X 10.3 “Panther,” runs from June 23-27 and features more than 170 scheduled in-depth technical sessions with new content designed to serve a wider range of Mac developers, including a dedicated track for QuickTime developers and content creators.
