Virtix today announced the release of Virtix Effects for Final Cut Pro and AfterEffects, an update to the Virtix Effects for Final Cut Pro package, which was not previously AfterEffects-compatible. Virtix Effects are compatible with AfterEffects 4.1 and higher and Final Cut Pro 1.2.5 and higher, on both Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X. The package contains 30 special effects including: Blur Edges, Bubble, Crosseyed, Edge Detector, Emboss, Extreme Black and White, and many, many more. Virtix Effects for Final Cut Pro and AfterEffects is priced at US$124.99, and is available as a free download for existing customers.
