Native Instruments NAMM 2003 announcements

Native Instruments has issued several press releases at the NAMM 2003 trade show in Anaheim, CA. The company has announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Stanton Magnetics to produce an “innovative line of products in the growing digital-DJ market.” The company also presented a number of products, including Vokator, an effect plug-in and a vocoder-based synthesizer; Intakt, a sampler specifically designed for rhythmic loop playback and manipulation; Kompakt, a streamlined sampler that ships with a comprehensive library and can import the most common sample formats; Reaktor Session, which includes synthesizers and resynthesizers, samplers and beat-loopers, groove and drum machines, and surround and innovative effects; and Reaktor 4, a major update to the company’s modular sound design studio.
