Emagic today announced Logic 6, a new version of the company’s professional audio production software. The update will provide “a new level of processor efficiency and extensive enhancements to the Arrange window that offers more editing and mixing power than ever before.” Logic 6 will offer users two new setup and file management solutions, an improved feature set for film scoring, a superior sounding EQ and MP3 import/export functionality, and further optimization of the automation system. Logic 6 will ship next month for Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X.
