Skin a Dock 1.0b is a program that allows users to customize the look of their Mac OS X Dock. The program applies “skins” to the Dock, allowing your icons to “rest in water, fire or on a green lawn.” The program can also make the Dock background transparent, and customize the “poof cloud.” Skin a Dock includes several standard skins created by Matthew Bice at IHeartNY. A skin archive is also hosted at IHeartNY, and new skins will be added as they become available. Skin a Dock is US$10 shareware.
