Apple iCal now available

Apple has announced that iCal, its calendar software for Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar), is now available. “Never before has it been so easy to manage all the calendars in your life,” said Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO in the press release. “iCal features a breakthrough way to share calendars over the Internet—with colleagues, friends, family, customers, suppliers, students and parents.” iCal is available immediately as a free download and requires Mac OS X 10.2. Publishing calendars on the Internet requires a .Mac membership or access to a WebDAV server.
