Sony today introduced two new flat panel displays from its new PremierPro series, targeted at industry professionals and high-end users. The 23″ SDM-P232W/B features a 16×10 wide-aspect ratio that allows for multiple pages in actual size to be displayed simultaneously on one screen. The 18″ P82/B features a thin bezel design that allows for easy side-by-side mounting of multiple display screens. Both displays are compatible with both PC and Mac, and include Sony’s Digital FlexRes chip set, Auto ImageSet feature, rich color processing technology, and digital as well as analog inputs. The P232W/B and P82/B will be available in September for US$3,000 and $1,200, respectively.
