Analysts grade Apple’s mid-year performance

A c|net video news segment discusses Apple’s midterm grades for 2002 with two analysts, Carl Howe of Forrester Research and Tim Bajarin of Creative Strategies. The two analysts dissect Apple’s product announcements this year, awarding A grades to the iMac, B+ and B marks to the eMac, respectively, and C+ and “Incomplete” marks for the Xserve. Neither analyst offers any outlook for the year, but Howe says he expects 1GHz iMacs at Macworld Expo while Bajarin expects more software announcements from Apple.
