MARINA DEL REY, Calif., – March 11, 2002- Xdrive Technologies, Inc.,
((http://www.xdrive.com/)http://www.xdrive.com) a leading provider of
Internet Information and Content Management solutions and services, today
announced its online storage and file sharing service now supports the
Macintosh platform through Web browser support. The service enables MAC
users to store files, collaborate, back up and share files though their
Xdrive accounts. The added functionality to the MAC community demonstrates
Xdrive’s continued commitment to providing key services for both MACs and
PCs.

“Since the inception of Xdrive, we have been committed to providing the
most efficient and sensible Internet Information and Content Management
solutions to the PC demographic,” said Karl Klessig, president and CEO,
Xdrive Technologies. “Now, the same great services are offered to MAC
users. We are happy to be one of the only online storage providers to offer
a dynamic data storage and file sharing service to PC and MAC users alike.”

Members can access, store and share their files through an established
Xdrive account via any Web browser that is Java enabled, including,
Mozilla, Internet Explorer and Netscape, among others. Xdrive’s MAC
compliant services address an issue creative professionals face of lacking
abundant storage space and the capacity to share graphic intensive files.
Now, these and other MAC users can leverage the Internet as a
communications tool to conduct business seamlessly, through a central
location.

The Macintosh community can centrally store and share any form of digital
content, including audio files, video, digital images and important
Microsoft=81 Office documents which can be accessed anywhere, anytime on any
Internet-connected device, including Microsoft CE=A9 devices, or upload
directly using Windows XP=A9 Web Publishing Wizard. Xdrive is also Passport
enabled for easy access to files and information using any Passport enabled
service.

No other system provides such mass appeal and ease-of-use for sharing,
uploading, and synchronizing content. Furthermore, users have the
reassurance they can backup and synchronize their files and information,
schedule it, and subsequently access it from any geographic location.
Xdrive’s Content on Demand [COD] services provide reliability and
consistency while ensuring that a user’s content will always be available.
