Columnist: Macs still too expensive for businesses

With the provocative tag line, “Even though OS X has given Steve Jobs’s quixotic corporate quest new vigor, it’s doomed to fail,” Charles Haddad’s latest Byte of the Apple column for BuisnessWeek Online opines that Apple will continue to fail in the corporate market because Macs still command a premium in price over PCs. Perhaps more interesting, the column notes recent comments from Apple’s India chief who said Apple has contracted programmers in that country to develop and port more business software to the Mac.
