Other World Computing has begun shipping its line of Laptop Screen Protectors (LSPs), which are designed to prevent damage to laptop monitors while the laptops are closed. The 100 percent natural, top-grain cowhide protectors fit across the laptop’s keyboard to prevent the keyboard and buttons from coming in contact with the LCD. The LSPs are available in three sizes: 4″x11″ (US$14.95) for the iBook, 5″x11.5″ ($14.95), which fits over most standard laptop keyboards, and 8.5″x12.75″ ($17.95), for entire keyboard and palm-rest area of the PowerBook G4.
