CRYPTOAdmin now Mac compatible

CRYPTOCard today announced CRYPTOAdmin 5.16 for Mac OS X, which it bills as the first positive user authentication system for the platform. “The CRYPTOAdmin Server positively identifies each user attempting access by generating a unique and unpredictable one-time ‘Secure Password.’ The ‘Secure Password’ is only valid for the current logon attempt, and is immediately discarded after use – making it useless to hackers.” CRYPTOAdmin will ship on December 5 for US$2,495; the Mac ST-1 soft token, needed for Mac systems wishing to employ the technology, will sell for $59.
