Vampire: The Masquerade – Redemption reaches GM; Myth III in November

MacSoft has announced that its highly anticipated 3D role-playing game, Vampire: The Masquerade – Redemption, has reached golden master status and has been sent off for duplication and packaging; the game is expected to hit store shelves later this month, according to Inside Mac Games. Vampire, inspired by the pen-and-paper RPG of the same name, pits players as Christof, a vampire of the Brujah Clan that must fight and feed on the blood of mortals while joining other vampires to solve a series of quests surrounding a deep story. In addition to an engrossing single-player game, Vampire also features unique multi-player gameplay: a Storyteller mode lets a player create and run an adventure of their own, or players can play in co-op mode and have the option of playing as the hunter or the hunted. MacSoft also assured customers that Myth III: The Wolf Age for OS 8/9 and Mac OS X, the prequel to the popular real-time strategy game, is on track for a November release.
