Apple’s marketshare in France during the third quarter came in at 3.8 percent, according to MacGeneration, down from 4.4 percent during the previous year but up from 2.8 percent during the second quarter. Overall, PC sales declined 18 percent during the third quarter in France; Apple was the number eight computer maker, based on volume, in France.
