Safety concerns cited for Apple Expo cancellation stem from possible retaliation

Apple’s concern for safety — the reason it cancelled the Paris Apple Expo — stems from risks of a possible US retaliation for last week’s terrorist attacks, according to MacUser UK. “There was great concern that by not knowing when and how the US government would respond, we could be putting people’s lives in jeopardy and leave them stranded in Europe with few options to return home. It just wasn’t worth taking risks,” a source told the magazine.
