Ekim Software releases Pipeline 2.5.1 – Easy to use and powerful proxy
server application.
Ekim Software – 2/28/2001 – Ekim Software announces the update of their
internet utility, Pipeline.
Pipeline is a utility that gives anyone the ability to run a proxy server
on their network. Pipeline is fully configurable, giving you the power to
run multiple servers off one machine on different ports. Pipeline features
the ability to host SOCKS4, SOCKS5, and HTTP proxy servers all in one
application. Other features of Pipeline include Detour and SpeedLimit.
Pipeline 2.5.1 fixes various bugs with the HTTP proxy. The use of an HTTP
proxy should be much more stable in handling URLs that contain port
numbers. Also a Windows version of Pipeline 2.5.1 has been released.
