For the quarter, the Company posted a net profit of $152 million, or $.95 per diluted share. These results compare to a net profit of $47 million, or $.33 per diluted share, achieved in the year-ago quarter. Revenues for the quarter were $1.7 billion, up eight percent from the year-ago quarter, and gross margins were 28.2 percent, up from 22.4 percent in the prior year.
