URLomatic 1.1: Hitting URLs on a schedule
URLomatic is a tool that will help webmasters that have URLs on their server that needs to be called to perform some kind of maintenance functionality on the server, like backups or cleanups. Why create complex routines when they can't be reused? Some of those solutions do not have any kind of "cron-like" task manager that can activate tasks on a specific time or when a certain amount of time have passed. This is what URLomatic does for you. It can access URLs on your server to handle those things. You can now write your maintenance scripts using the...

Skwonk! 1.0
X-Sender: lrivers@mail.realsoftware.com For reasons even I am not quite certain of, I have created a new CPU cycle waster, Skwonk! 1.0. Skwonk is an application that will listen to your Ethernet interface for traffic. All traffic. Like a traffic monitor. Difference is, Skwonk plays specific sounds for the type of packets that go flying by. For example, if a TCP packet for port 80 goes flying by the network to another Mac, Skwonk can blurt out a belch, or hoot like an owl, etc. You can get more info from here: http://www.stimpsoft.com/products/skwonk.html And the Direct Download is here: (Remember, Mac OS X ONLY) http://homepage.mac.com/johnnycat/software/skwonk.sit John Schilling StimpSoft=81, Inc. www.stimpsoft.com john@stimpsoft.com

You can zoom any snippet and select parts from it, copy from it. You can drag text files to the Znippetizer-X window, and also paste new snippets into it.
