PDF VERSIONAdobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 or later is required. Please ensure that the Smooth Text and Monochrome Images option in Acrobat Reader's Preferences is selected.
To keep file size to a minimum, no fonts were embedded during PDF file creation. For a true rendition of the original documents, the following fonts should be installed on your system: Palatino (main text); Helvetica (headings); N Helvetica Narrow (figures); Monaco (source code listings and comments); Charcoal (menu references, etc.).
