ScheduleOnline Ships ScheduleOnline Sync for Macintosh Synchronization with
leading scheduling and collaboration Web site now available for both PC and
Macintosh

San Diego, CA, May 22, 2001 – ScheduleOnline, Inc., producer of the
www.scheduleonline.com scheduling and group collaboration Web site,
announced today completion of a successful beta test program of its
ScheduleOnline Sync for Macintosh utility, which enables Macintosh users to
synchronize their ScheduleOnline Web calendars, reminders, to do lists, and
address books with those of Palm OS-based devices, such as Palm Pilots and
Visors.

Syncing between PCs and Web calendars is already offered to PC users by
several consumer Web calendars, but ScheduleOnline is the only Web-based
scheduling service that offers this functionality to both PC and Macintosh
users.

ScheduleOnline Sync gives Palm users instantaneous access from any location
to their calendar, to do list and address data, including those that were
scheduled or entered by fellow ScheduleOnline users, such as colleagues or
community group members.

Extending this synchronization functionality to Macintosh users was a
direct result of requests from ScheduleOnline customers, according to Hans
Hartman, president of ScheduleOnline.

“Many of our users work for small- to medium-sized businesses, use
Macintoshes and are mobile. Many of them asked to extend our Internet-based
scheduling to portability on Palm devices.”

ScheduleOnline Sync for Macintosh can be downloaded at no charge at
www.scheduleonline.com.
