[MD1] Mac OS PPC Linker 2.2.2 update

The Mac OS PPC Linker 2.2.2 update corrects problems generating SYM
files with full paths on machines where the path is longer than 127
characters. This problem typically manifests as problems debugging
PPC code where the debugger reports it cannot find source files. This
update is recommended for all CW MacOS users.
