Short Description

MaxEmail allows you to receive faxes without owning a fax machine or dedicated fax line. You are assigned a unique fax number in one of 150 available area codes. Simply send faxes to your new fax number as usual. Faxes received are delivered to you via email as PDF attachments.

Long Description

MaxEmail allows you to receive faxes without owning a fax machine or dedicated fax line.

Immediately after you sign up for service, we will assign you your own personal unique 10-digit telephone number from one of 150 available locations, including Japan. To send you a fax, your business associates simply dial your new MaxEmail fax number from their fax machine. It is completely transparent to the sender and requires no special extension numbers or software.

Faxes sent to your new fax number are then delivered to you as email attachments in your choice of TIF-F or PDF formats.

MaxEmail Internet Fax Service allows you to eliminate your dedicated fax line, which could save you as much as $25 per line every month in phone bill charges alone, not to mention the cost of paper and ink and the cost of the fax machine itself. You can also receive multiple faxes at the same time so your callers will not experience any busy signals, something that is not possible with a traditional dedicated fax line from your phone company.

Aside from the cost benefits, you also have the luxury of receiving your faxes in digital format anywhere you access your email. And since you receive all your faxes directly to your email inbox, you can avoid privacy concerns in shared office environments.
