Apple has released the third beta of iOS 10.1, which includes the Portrait feature that applies a DSLR-like blur effect over photos using the dual lens system.
If you’re not already signed up for the public beta program, you can do so here (https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/). The public beta program is free, but remember: beta software is unfinished software so use with care.
