MASA Group (www.masagroup.com), providers of Artificial Intelligence, will use the annual Game Developers Conference (GDC) to demonstrate version 1.10 of its AI technology, LIFE.

LIFE enables the authoring and execution of a range of autonomous behaviors for NPCs (Non-Player Characters) in any games or simulations, leveraging decision, spatial reasoning and navigation modules, extensively validated in military 3D simulations.

LIFE is designed for both designers and developers. It’s available as a pre-integrated plug-in for Unity 5 and VBS3, the simulation version of ArmA III.

The integration of LIFE with other game engines is done via a software development kit included in the design to ensure optimal ease of use. It has an editor designed for teamwork and created behaviors that can be handled as any other assets.
