A flash poll of more than 1,400 Apple users has found that the majority are unhappy with the short life cycle of Apple’s products, especially in regards to the fourth gen iPad, which was released yesterday following the third gen iPad roll-out in March.

The team at coupon code website CouponCodes4u.com conducted a flash poll to ask Apple product owners what they thought of the announcements. Of the 1,427 people that responded to the survey, more than three quarters, 76%, believe that Apple releases products “too regularly.”

Forty-one percent of the respondents, who all stated that they owned at least one Apple product, said they had bought the third generation iPad. Of these, 83% said they felt “cheated” by the announcement of the fourth gen tablet. Despite the majority stating their discontent, more than half, 52%, of respondents said they would be likely to buy the iPad mini or fourth generation iPad.
