Apple has released Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 10 and Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 5 Tuesday.
Both update Java SE 6 to 1.6.0_26; the former also addresses issues in Java 1.5.x. You can obtain the updates via the Software Updates component of the Mac OS X Systems Preferences app.
