MacPaw has announced Ensoul, an iPhone customization tool for Mac OS X 10.6.6 or later. It costs US$9.99 and is available from the Mac App Store and the MacPaw website (http://www.macpaw.com).

Ensoul allows users to customize their iPhone experience to complement their individual tastes, and all directly from their Mac desktop. Ensoul’s onboard tools let users crop, zoom, rotate, modify colors, add textures, and more. When finished, the user simply uploads their image creations directly to their iPhone via iTunes.

In addition, Ensoul lets users create wallpapers tailored to the iPhone (including the iPhone 4). By dragging images into Ensoul, users can edit and manipulate them as they wish.

With MacPaw’s newly launched complementary service, Ensoul.me, users have free access to a wide array of beautiful, high definition images pre-tailored to the iPhone display. Ensoul users can access the Ensoul.me library online.
